Insurance Commissioner Jim Donelon, Senate Insurance Committee Chair Kirk Talbot and House Insurance Committee Chair Mike Huval are hosted a press conference on June 14 to provide information on final outcomes of the package of bills the Louisiana Department of Insurance proposed to address the property insurance crisis during the 2023 Legislative Session. The recap includes bills related to the Louisiana Fortified Homes Program, Insure Louisiana Incentive Program and more.
