The 2023 Legislative Session adjourned Thursday, June 8th. Legislators debated hundreds of bills with wide raising topics. The Louisiana REALTORS® Bill Review Team reviewed and determined Louisiana REALTORS® position on almost two hundred of these bills with topics ranging from taxes, homeowners’ associations, and property insurance. Last week, NAR President Kevin Sears checked in from the NAR Broker Summit, where he learned new tools to strengthen his business alongside several hundred fellow brokers.
