*Disclosure: Louisiana REALTORS® is providing the Spanish-language versions of the above-mentioned forms, including a current (2025) version of the Louisiana Residential Agreement to Buy or Sell (the “Mandatory Form”) mandated by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission (“LREC”) as a convenience to the members of Louisiana REALTORS® in order to better assist and guide Spanish-speaking consumers and clients. These forms have been translated from English to Spanish by a qualified translator engaged by Louisiana REALTORS®, but Louisiana REALTORS® makes no warranty or representation that such translation is correct and accurate in all respects or error-free. The Mandatory Form is published in English by the LREC -language form and must be completed in English. These forms do not serve as a substitute for any state-mandated real estate form. The LREC has not approved or adopted this translated version of the Mandatory Form.
