We will be hosting practitioners from around the country to talk about the Commitment to Excellence (C2Ex) and why getting endorsed will change how you engage in and get business. Leigh York will also be joining us to discuss the changes to the Code of Ethics as it relates to your real estate business. if you've experienced the instruction of Leigh before, you know this will be a great event!

Consumer Guide Update: State and Local Tax (SALT) Deductions

NAR is pleased to share the latest consumer guide focused on state and local tax (SALT) deductions . This guide explains federal tax law changes that temporarily quadruple the amount of state and local taxes (SALT) that taxpayers can deduct and will make homeownership more accessible and affordable, especially for people in higher-tax states. As a reminder, all guides in this series are available for download—in both English and Spanish—on facts.realtor . Please allow a few days for the Spanish version of the latest resource to be translated and uploaded.
