Purpose

This request for proposals (RFP) is for the possible awarding of an agreement for outside legal services for Louisiana REALTORS® (LR).

Louisiana REALTORS® is exploring alternatives to all its current professional service providers as part of an ongoing review of its operations. This request is not a statement about LR's current outside legal services provider nor should it be interpreted as one.

Request for Proposal Process

Louisiana REALTORS® is providing this request for proposals to various law firms around the state that may be interested in providing the legal services described herein. The Request for Proposals will also be provided to any Louisiana attorney who requests a copy.

Proposals must be received by e-mail to Kim Callaway, kim@larealtors.org, in PDF format no later than 5:00 pm (Central) on Wednesday, March 17, 2021.

All questions concerning this RFP must be submitted and received in writing via email to Kim Callaway at kim@larealtors.org no later than Friday, March 12, 2021, 5:00 pm (Central), and may not be considered if not received by then. LR will respond to questions it considers appropriate to the RFP, but reserves the right, in its discretion, not to respond to any question.
