Louisiana REALTORS® has long recognized and invested in the need for a comprehensive leadership development program. Since 2000, the LRLeadership program has provided and promoted REALTOR® members who have the aptitude, interest, motivation, and potential to become leaders in their communities, real estate, business or strive to give back to their Association. Graduates of the program are represented across the state and have contributed in a multitude of ways using the experience and skills along with leveraging a valuable network of peers.

The program meets 4-5 times annually and attendance at all meetings is mandatory. 2022 program date commitments are as follows:

  • Retreat I - March 8-9, 2022

  • REALTOR Day, May 16 - 17, 2022, Hilton Capitol Center - Baton Rouge, LA

  • Retreat II - July 21 - 22, 2022

  • Retreat III - September 15 - 16, 2022

  • Retreat IV - October 3 -4, 2022

LRLeadership is an investment in yourself and a stand alone program that supports leaders for tomorrow. This program has been a leading contributor to ensuring our industry and communities are prepared for the challenges that lie ahead. We are now accepting applications for our 2022 program and all interested candidates are encouraged to apply. The application deadline is January 21, 2022.

If you have questions or would like to discuss whether the program is a fit for you, please contact Amy P. Fennell.
