Update on NAR's Culture Initiatives
Louisiana REALTORS® • October 23, 2023
Message from NAR President Tracy Kasper
Earlier this morning, I released a video update about our work in progress to ensure a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for staff and members, as well as recent developments affecting the real estate industry. As always, we appreciate everyone who is dedicating their time and providing input to strengthen our culture at NAR. I look forward to providing additional updates as our work progresses, and to seeing many of you at NXT in just a few weeks.
Thank you all for all you do!
Tracy

It offers a handy checklist of information and resources that sellers can pass along—from appliance manuals to paint colors to garbage pickup schedules—as well as suggestions for goodwill gestures that will help buyers feel they made a great purchasing decision. As a reminder, all guides in this series are available for download—in both English and Spanish—on facts.realtor . Please allow up to two weeks for the Spanish version of the latest resource to be translated and uploaded.
