PAR Louisiana, the private, nonprofit research organization, has released their Guide to the 2023 Amendments. The document covers the potential impact of eight constitutional amendments the public will consider on the Oct. 14 and Nov. 18 ballots. This nonpartisan, educational review helps you understand the issues and proposed changes so you can develop your own positions on each proposition.

Louisiana Residential Agreement to Buy or Sell: Specific Changes Overall, several changes were made to re-order the agreement in an effort to have the agreement more closely track the sequence of events in a typical transaction.
