The National Association of REALTORS® Fair Housing Champion Award honors REALTORS® who advance fair housing and expand homeownership in their communities.


The Award provides a $5,000 prize that winners can dedicate to a housing-related nonprofit organization of their choice.


Fair Housing Champions are being the change in their businesses and communities. They are committed to their community, who leads change and educates others about how to confront discrimination in the homebuying process. If you or someone you know is expanding housing opportunities for all, nominate them for the Fair Housing Champion Award and a chance to be recognized for what they do for their community. Entries must be submitted by Nov. 30.

Louisiana Residential Agreement to Buy or Sell: Specific Changes Overall, several changes were made to re-order the agreement in an effort to have the agreement more closely track the sequence of events in a typical transaction. This resulted in relocation of several sections and corresponding changes to line number references in various places throughout the agreement.
