2018 LR Leadership Application - Now Available
Amy P. Fennell • January 9, 2018

Louisiana REALTORS® LR Leadership program is now taking applicants for the 2018 class. This highly regarded leadership program has been in place since 2000 and has graduated over 200 alumni that represent practitioners in all aspects of the real estate industry.
Graduates of the program enjoy it for the camaraderie and relationships formed, but also end up serving the industry in different capacities either at their brokerage or at all levels of the REALTOR® organization.
The program itself is comprised of (4) day and a half retreat sessions around the state and each meeting focuses on a different aspect of leadership and personal development. The foundation of the program utilizes the Emergenetics assessment tool and the other areas covered include presentation styles, ethics in leadership, communication, and much more! Applicants that are interested are encouraged to apply and no more than 25 applicants are selected each year. For specific questions, please contact Amy P. Fennell.
