Speaker Bios

  • Michael Clark, NAR

    Michael Clark is the Director of RPAC Fundraising and Events at the National Association of REALTORS®, where he leads national political fundraising strategy for one of the most effective and respected PACs in the country. He plays a key role in driving coordinated efforts across all three levels of the organization that collectively raise over $100 million each election cycle. Michael manages major investor and bundling programs and develops innovative engagement platforms—most recently launching the Pro-Property Platform to connect political advocacy with grassroots power.


    Previously, Michael served as PAC Manager at AIPAC PAC, where he launched the AIPAC Political Portal and built the infrastructure that helped deliver over $60 million to candidates across two election cycles.


    Michael began his career in public service in Massachusetts, serving as Chief of Staff and later Senior Advisor and Director of Strategic Engagement to State Senator Eric P. Lesser. At 21, he became the youngest elected official in Longmeadow history when he joined the School Committee. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

  • Marygrace Fitzhenry, NAR

    Marygrace Fitzhenry is a Political Representative NAR with over 10 years of experience in advocacy and campaigns. In her current role, she represents 12 states across the country, serving as a federal liaison between state and local associations. Previously, she served for three years as the Government Affairs Director at a local REALTOR® association in Maryland. Prior to that, Marygrace worked at a political consulting firm and in the Maryland General Assembly.

  • Katelin McCrory, Aristotle

    Katelin McCrory is a Project Manager with Aristotle International, working primarily with the National Association of REALTORS®. 


    She supports state and local associations with all online fundraising needs, including webforms, event set-up, email campaigns and fundraising reports.  


    Prior to joining Aristotle in 2016, Katelin managed PACs for the National Apartment Association and the American Waterways Operators.  Before joining the association world, she worked on Capitol Hill as a scheduler for Congressman Spencer Bachus (AL-06). Katelin received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science degree from Auburn University. 

  • Kirsten Ott, Aristotle

    Kirsten Ott serves as Senior Vice President, Consulting for Aristotle International. She provides REALTOR® Association clients with PAC related strategic planning, campaign finance consulting, project management, and other services. 


    She has been with Aristotle since 2010. Prior to joining Aristotle, Kirsten worked for the National Association of REALTORS® where she assisted with PAC fundraising, Major Investor recognition program management, etc. 


    Kirsten has also worked in the healthcare field as the Administrator of an Alzheimer’s and dementia care community, where she managed all day-to-day operations, budget and resident care plans. Kirsten received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Diego.
