Louisiana REALTORS® is excited to host our annual legislative conference in Baton Rouge on May 13-14, 2026. This is a great opportunity to learn about industry changes and issues while engaging in conversations that foster relationships with the state's legislators and your peers. Successful participation demonstrates the impact REALTORS® have on their communities.
Join us early for the AI Certification Course and LARPAC "Denim and Diamonds" fundraiser both on Tuesday, May 12th!
NOTE: Shirts are same as 2025 REALTOR® Day. Shirts ordered will be available for pick-up at the registration desk or shipped if ordered by April 10, and additional shipping fee is processed at time of registration. We encourage conference attendees to wear their shirt on REALTOR® Day, but it is not mandatory.
Online registration closes May 6th at 5:00 p.m. Onsite registration will be available after that time at a rate of $225.
Event Schedule
The Spring Into Action Legislative Conference brings you REALTOR® Day on Wednesday, May 13th, featuring back-to-back activities, education sessions and networking opportunities with your Legislators. On Thursday, May 14th, governance meetings.
Arrive early to add the AI Powered Real Estate Professional certification course on Tuesday, May 12th, with Matthew Rathbun to your schedule. While not CE eligible, it’s a must for staying competitive with the latest AI tools.
Also on Tuesday, May 12th, join the fun early by adding a ticket to the LARPAC Denim and Diamonds Fundraiser Event to your Spring Conference registration.

Includes sponsor expo, breakfast with industry partners, education sessions, legislative lunch, reception with legislators, Thursday continental breakfast, Town Hall meeting, governance meetings. No guest or partial registrations.

Louisiana REALTORS® Political Action Committee Contributions are used for political purposes, are voluntary, & are not deductible for Federal income tax purposes. Any amounts indicated are merely guidelines & you may contribute more or less than the suggested amounts. Neither your membership nor your participation in Louisiana REALTORS® is conditioned directly or indirectly on contributing to LARPAC. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. The following is sent to the National REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 52 U.S. C. 30116: (1) 30% of all contributions of $1,000 or more made at any time; & (2) 30% of each contribution less than $1,000 until LARPAC meets its Federal Allocation Goal set by RPAC. LARPAC retains the following to support state and local issues & candidates: (1) 70% of contributions that are $1,000 or more; & (2) 100% of contributions of less than $1,000 after the RPAC Federal Allocation Goal is met.
