Matthew Rathbun

Matthew Rathbun is a sought-after speaker, consultant, and mentor in the real estate industry. As an international speaker, Matthew has traveled and delivered thousands of education courses to REALTORS. Matthew also leads a firm of hundreds of progressive high-performing real estate agents within his firm and is a licensed broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia, District of Columbia and State of Maryland.


Matthew will be presenting the  AI Certification Course (Tuesday) and  "Don’t Forget Your Humans: Returning to Consumer-Focused Connection" (Wednesday).

Leigh York

Leigh brings high standards and professionalism to all she does. But that’s not all. She is funny, honest, and listens. She is dedicated to bringing quality education to associations and corporations. She has been teaching real estate, professional standards, and motivational classes since 2000. Her classes are informative, interactive, and high-energy. 


Leigh will be presenting "Clear & Present Dangers" (Wednesday).

Tim Temple, Commissioner of Insurance

Tim Temple was elected Louisiana Commissioner of Insurance in 2023. He leads the Department in protecting consumers while keeping pace with the insurance industry.


Since taking office, he has worked with state leaders on reforms to improve competition and affordability in property and auto insurance, while advancing resilience efforts like the Fortify Homes Program and wind mitigation surveys.

Temple also holds leadership roles with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and serves on several key industry committees. A DeRidder native, he lives in Baton Rouge with his wife and two daughters.


Comm. Temple will be speaking at the REALTOR® Day Lunch (Wednesday).

Susan Bourgeois, Secretary of Louisiana Economic Development

Susan B. Bourgeois is Secretary of Louisiana Economic Development, leading efforts to grow jobs and expand economic opportunity statewide. With more than 30 years of leadership experience, she is known for driving innovation, collaboration, and community growth.


Under Governor Jeff Landry’s administration, she has helped modernize Louisiana’s economic development strategy, resulting in record-breaking capital investment and job creation, fueled by major projects and the growth of small and mid-size businesses.


Previously, Bourgeois served as Chairman of GNO, Inc. and CEO of the Northshore Community Foundation for 17 years, along with holding senior roles in both the private sector and state government.


Sec. Bourgeois will be speaking at the REALTOR® Day Lunch (Wednesday).

Colin Mullane, 2026 NAR First Vice President

Colin Mullane (ABR®, CIPS, CRS, GREEN, AHWD, C2EX, Earth Advantage Broker) is NAR’s 2026 First Vice President. A REALTOR® since 2000, he is broker-owner of Full Circle Real Estate in Ashland, Oregon. Originally from Ireland, he immigrated to the U.S. in 1997 and became a citizen in 2022. A top producer, Colin believes strongly in real estate as a cornerstone of the American Dream.


He has held numerous leadership roles, including NAR Regional Vice President, REALTOR® Party Director, and past president of Oregon REALTORS®.

Outside of work, Colin enjoys running, biking, photography, and travel. He and his wife, Molly, a fellow REALTOR®, have three daughters.


Colin is passionate about equipping REALTORS® with the tools they need to succeed and is committed to helping the industry navigate its toughest challenges.


Colin will be speaking at the Town Hall Meeting (Thursday).

Brandi Minchillo, 2026 YPN Chair NAR

Brandi is the Region 4 Representative on the NAR YPN Advisory Board and serves as a Director at the Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors and on the South Carolina state board. A dedicated advocate, she has chaired RPAC at CCAR for three years and serves on the South Carolina Realtors RPAC travel team.


With over a decade at RE/MAX, Brandi has earned honors including Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement status. She leads a successful team in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.


Outside of work, Brandi is a proud mother of three who enjoys fitness, networking, and life by the beach.
