Christine handles all aspects of complex claims against real estate professionals. Before joining RISC, Christine practiced law as a litigator for 19 years, handling insurance declaratory judgment actions, insurance coverage opinions, personal injury and tort defense, and creditor’s rights defense.

Christine was a licensed insurance adjuster during law school, working by day in the health insurance subrogation industry and attending law school in the evenings. Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, Juris Doctor; Bellarmine College, BA Psychology, cum laude.

Christine is licensed to practice law in Kentucky; Indiana (inactive); West Virginia (inactive); Federal Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the Southern District of West Virginia and is also a licensed insurance adjuster.

Vice President, Training & Programs

Realtors Property Resource (RPR)

Valerie Rivers is RPR’s Vice President of Training and Programs. She has been with RPR since 2012. Her team is responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering an extensive suite of RPR classes offered to members across the country. The team also manages the RPR Certified Trainer program, which provides trainers with resources to educate members on the vast array of tools available within the RPR platform. In addition, Valerie manages RPR’s Association Dashboard which provides AEs, designated staff, FPCs, and volunteer leadership access to a myriad of tools, data, and reports.

A Maryland native, Valerie was previously the Chief Executive Officer at the Frederick County Association of REALTORS. Prior to that, she worked as the Professional Services Director for the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS and as the Marketing Manager for the Metropolitan Regional Information Systems (MRIS). She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Frostburg State University and a Master of Science degree from the University of Baltimore.

2025 NAR REALTOR® Party Fundraising Liaison

Natalie Davis is the 2025 REALTOR® Party Fundraising Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS®. A Colorado REALTOR®, national speaker, and business coach, she empowers professionals and organizations to become intentional industry leaders. Natalie has led strategic planning for associations and brokerages, taught professional development courses—including NAR’s At Home with Diversity and Implicit Bias Override—and coached agents nationwide in building sustainable businesses. She served as the 2023 President of the Colorado Association of REALTORS® and was named to the T360 SP 200 Watchlist for emerging industry leaders.

Her leadership extends nationally, having served as the 2022 Member Services Liaison for NAR and as a board director at local, state, and national levels. Natalie’s accolades include South Metro Denver REALTOR® of the Year (2023), Colorado Young Professional of the Year (2016), and multiple Distinguished Service Awards. Through her dynamic leadership and commitment to inclusion and professional growth, Natalie continues to shape the future of real estate.

Matthew Rathbun is a sought-after speaker, consultant, and mentor in the real estate industry. As an international speaker, Matthew has traveled and delivered thousands of education courses to REALTORS. Matthew also leads a firm of hundreds of progressive high-performing real estate agents within his firm and is a licensed broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia, District of Columbia and State of Maryland.
