Louisiana REALTORS® is proud to announce another graduating class of LR Leadership participants. Nineteen (19) candidates now join the ranks of over 300 leaders before them.  "It is such an exciting thing to see how many bright and dynamic leaders emerge from this program every year. Consumer Guide Update: State and Local Tax (SALT) Deductions

NAR is pleased to share the latest consumer guide focused on state and local tax (SALT) deductions . This guide explains federal tax law changes that temporarily quadruple the amount of state and local taxes (SALT) that taxpayers can deduct and will make homeownership more accessible and affordable, especially for people in higher-tax states. As a reminder, all guides in this series are available for download—in both English and Spanish—on facts.realtor . Please allow a few days for the Spanish version of the latest resource to be translated and uploaded.
