Over the past 100 years, Louisiana REALTORS® has remained committed to representing REALTORS® on important real estate-related issues, creating professional development opportunities, and providing other unique and focused services.

This guide helps homeowners understand how to reduce energy usage, make cost-effective upgrades, and improve the efficiency and appeal of their home whether they are planning to sell or stay.
