Managing a Multi-Generational Business Course Description

For the first time in modern history, 4 generations — Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Millennials — are working side by side and represented as home buying and selling consumers. This presents new challenges for brokers and managers and their employees in the workplace. Because of a definite lack of awareness among these generations there are management challenges and productivity issues. This Course helps bridge the generational gaps, building awareness that will lead to better hires, stronger teams, and a healthier office environment/company. Students will walk away with a better understanding of what makes each generation unique, and how each adds its own perspective and value to the workplace. Course will be taught by Adorna Carroll and typically offered for $345.00 by the Real Estate Business Institute.
