Louisiana REALTORS® is excited to put together a Broker Summit event to be held October 1 - 2, 2019.

The Elevate: Broker Summit is designed for an audience of brokers and office managers for the purpose of providing valuable education and an opportunity to network with colleagues from around the state! In today’s real estate environment, brokerages are challenged in multiple areas and brokers need access to development opportunities too.

  • How do you manage and avoid the risks to your company while motivating your sales associates and employees?

  • How do you navigate the multi-generations that exist between sales associates and consumers?

  • How can you be responsible for your sales associates when you may not always see them?

  • How is technology and cyber security impacting the business?

  • What are some developing legal and legislative issues you need to be aware of?

  • What are some things that you can implement in your business to make it more profitable?

Get the answers to these questions and more when you take advantage of the opportunity to learn some valuable information and key take aways. Additionally, we are excited to host National Association of REALTORS’ Chief Economist, Lawrence Yun, to take a look at data and discuss what’s going on in our markets and what trends to be paying attention to. Hearing this information helps keep you on the cutting edge over your competition. View the full schedule below and mark your calendar to attend!

Space is limited. Registration fee: $69.

Managing a Multi-Generational Business Course Description
(CE Credit applied for with LREC)

pic.png

For the first time in modern history, 4 generations — Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Millennials — are working side by side and represented as home buying and selling consumers. This presents new challenges for brokers and managers and their employees in the workplace. Because of a definite lack of awareness among these generations there are management challenges and productivity issues.  This Course helps bridge the generational gaps, building awareness that will lead to better hires, stronger teams, and a healthier office environment/company. Students will walk away with a better understanding of what makes each generation unique, and how each adds its own perspective and value to the workplace. Course will be taught by Adorna Carroll and typically offered for $345.00 by the Real Estate Business Institute.

Only 3% of REALTORS® have earned the CRB designation. The (CRB) Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager Designation exemplifies the highest level of professional achievement in real estate brokerage management. What is the CRB.
