  • Louisiana Real Estate Commission (LREC)
    LREC monitors and administers laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to licensed real estate salespersons and brokers, timeshare registrants, real estate schools, continuing education vendors and real estate instructor certificate holders in the state of Louisiana.

  • Louisiana Real Estate Appraisers Board
    The board certifies, supervises and disciplines state certified appraisers in Louisiana, and develops appraisal education and experience standards.

  • Louisiana Housing Finance Agency
    LHFA's mission is to provide financing for decent, safe, and affordable housing for every Louisianian. This ongoing challenge is met by offering a menu of programs that assist the very low, low and moderate income residents in the state.
