Solutions
to Common Problems |
|
| |
1.
How to Access "Members Only" Content?
|
|
| Several
webpages and downloadable files on the LAREALTORS.ORG website
are designated as "Members Only". When attempting
to access this content, you will be prompted for your User Name
and Password. |
| For
AGENTS
User Name = your NRDS ID number
Password = last four (4) digits of your Social Security number |
For
BROKERS/FIRMS
User Name = firm's NRDS ID number
Password = Office Phone Number (no dashes or spaces, only numbers) |
If
you have forgotten your NRDS ID number or require additional
assistance, please visit the member
login help page for more information or you can contact
Louisiana REALTORS® at 1-800-266-8538. |
| 2. How
can I access all the downloads and "plug-ins" that
are needed for this site? |
| Visit
LAREALTORS.org Site Tools. The page
includes links to important downloads and browser
"plug-ins" that will enable you to
access all content on the LAREALTORS.org site. |
| 3. I'm
having problems receiving eNews Digest and other LR info via
email |
|
LR uses a bulk email program to distribute eNews Digest, Red
Stick Report, education program notices and other information
to its membership. If you are not receiving these communications
in your email, check any spam blocking program
that you may be using and set it to accept an email from info@larealtors.org.
Depending on your email system, you may need to contact your
Internet service provider. |
| 4. I'm
not seeing the latest issue of eNews Digest? |
|
If
you have clicked on the link to the latest eNews Digest and
a previous week's issue is displayed instead, your browser
has most likely cached the old data and you will need to
manually refresh the page.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
users should click the Refresh button in their toolbar,
or select "Refresh" from the "View" menu,
and select "Internet Options" from the "Tools"
menu, then click on "Settings" under "Temporary
Internet files" and make sure that your browser is set
to automatically check for newer versions of stored pages.
Mozilla and
Netscape users should down "Shift" while
clicking or selecting "Reload" for a force refresh.
If you continue to experience a problem, please forward your
eNews Digest email to
Kevin Calbert, with a description of the problem. |
