REAL ESTATE TRENDS REPORT
Statewide real estate statistics, demographics and economic data related to the industry have been compiled by LR in a quarterly Real Estate Trends report. State sales/listing trends, employment/demographic statistics, updates on economic development activity and mortgage lending are featured in the report, which is available to all LR members.

STATEWIDE RESIDENTIAL PURCHASE AGREEMENT
A mandatory purchase agreement goes into effect for residential
transactions in Louisiana beginning January 1, 2008. This Resource
Center features background, a detailed guide explaining every section
of the form, and a comprehensive Q&A section. Recommended addendums

DISCLOSURE RESOURCE CENTER
Mandatory residential seller disclosure went into effect in Louisiana
on July 1, 2004. This section includes a Q&A document on Louisiana's
new property disclosure requirements, LR legal hotline inquiries

RESOURCE CENTER
LR's Mold Resource Center provides useful information and background
on the issue of toxic mold. The section also includes a Q&A
document on mold disclosure, sample language for use by REALTOR

Includes a number of technology assistance resources, including
a library of tech support and troubleshooting sites, technology

A collection of safety and personal protection resources for REALTORS,
including safety tips, recommended office procedures, identification

NOT CALL" RESOURCE CENTER
Contains information for REALTORS on the Louisiana Public Service
Commission's "Do Not Call" anti-telephone solicitation
program. Included in the "Do Not Call" Resource Center
is a downloadable Consent to Contact form (which members may want
to use with existing clients and customers in order to be able to
call them without fear of a complaint), information on the "Do

Road Home Program
The Road Home program is designed
to help residents of Louisiana affected by Hurricane Katrina or
Rita get back into their homes as quickly and fairly as possible.
The program affords eligible homeowners up to $150,000 in compensation
for their losses to get back into their homes.
