Why do you want to be in this leadership roler?
I have always believed in being involved and giving back. I would like to serve the association membership in any way possible and that also includes my hopes for future leadership positions. I also know I will do a good job for the association.
If elected, how do you intent to use your position to benefit the membership?
Mainly through communication. Keeping everyone informed of the issues before us and getting their feedback.

State Service
I served as an LR Board Member in 2009, and am currently on the LR Board for 2011. I have served on the Housing Opportunities/Cultural Diversity Team for the past several years, I have served on the Professional Development Team, the Appraisal Team and Marketing and Member Services Team. I am also a 2008 Graduate of LR Leadership.
Local Service
I have served as 2008 President Elect, 2009 President, 2010 Past President, have headed up various committees such as the Public Relations Committee, The Cultural Diversity Committee and numerous task force groups. I have participated actively on too many committees to list and have served as a board member from 2005 to 2010.
Personal message to membership
I work hard to stay informed so I can make the right deciscions, when it comes to my family, my business, and my involvement in various orginizations. In 2010 I chaired the Go Red For Women luncheon here in Lafayette for the American Heart Associaton and have been involved in that committee for the past 5 years, including 2011. I have been a producing real agent since I began in the business in 2001, I served on Keller Williams Realty International Leadership council for the past 5 years representing the Gulf States Region, and I have received the Realtor of Association of Acadiana's PEER Awrard in 2008 (Professional, Ethical, Educated Realtor). I have recently been approved to teach CE courses by the Louisiana Realt Estate Commission, I have taught at the University of Louisiana Lafayette as an adjunct instructed for a 5 year period back when I was in the Advertising and Marketing Business and I was also recognized by the American Advertising Federation as President of the Year, the year I served as the president for our local advertising Federation. These are just a few hightlights of my career.
