Take a look at what
LR lined up for the REAL Issues Conference…
“Gazing
Into the Crystal Ball”
The national media paint a picture of doom and gloom in real estate
and a general economic downturn. What is really ahead for the economy
over next two years? What is the reality in Louisiana as compared
to the rest of the country? Dr. Loren Scott provided answers to
these questions through an analysis of key economic indicators,
and shed new light on a number of commonly held beliefs about the
economy.

“State
of the Mortgage Market”
What should REALTORS read into the highly-publicized rise in foreclosures?
What impact will the federal rate cuts have? We had an eye-opening
panel discussion and looked at factors affecting the mortgage market
in Louisiana and nationwide - moderated by Brian Andrews of Andrew
Commercial Mortgage.
