Robert C. Harris,
CAE, has managed associations for more than 20 years at an association
management company he founded in 1979. He
speaks professionally on non-profit issues, association efficiency,
risks and liabilities, leadership responsibilities, membership,
and staff training.
Among the groups he has addressed
are ASAE - American Association of Association Executives, British
Society of Association Executives and scores of state and national
association boards. He is an instructor for the US Chamber at the
Institute for Organization Management, is the author of Association
Management 101 Online, is the creator of the "Association Self-Auditing
Process" and co-author of Building an Association Management

Ralph Holmen
Associate General Counsel, National Association
of REALTORS
Ralph Holmen is Associate General Counsel of the National Association
of REALTORS, and for nearly 30 years has advised NAR, state and
local associations and members on a wide variety of real estate
and association law issues, including antitrust, federal election
law, First Amendment issues, not-for-profit taxation, land use and
environmental law and others. He has authored or co-authored numerous
amicus curiae briefs filed in the U.S. Supreme Court as well as
other courts, addressing land use and environmental law, fair housing,
commercial speech restrictions, and other issues of concern to the
real estate industry.
Mr. Holmen received
a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from the University of Illinois
in Champaign-Urbana, and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University
of Chicago.

Lynn is the owner of Lynn Madison
Seminars, Inc., a full-service training and development company
devoted to the advancement of professionalism in real estate. Lynn
has been a speaker at the NAR convention for over a decade and has
spoken to REALTORS in Louisiana, where she has been teaching agency
and GRI courses since 1997, as well as conducting seminars in Michigan,
Wisconsin, North and South Dakota, Georgia, Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma,
Florida - the list goes on. Lynn also conducts the new member orientation
programs for many of the Realtor Associations in northern Illinois
on an on-going basis.
A certified CE instructor in over
20 states, she conducts over 200 sessions annually. As a Senior
Instructor for REBAC's ABR program, Lynn not only conducts the program
nationwide, she is involved in it's development and instructor certification
program.
Lynn is ITI certified, a member of
the Real Estate Educators Association. She is an NAR Educator of
the Year award winner and has received Educator of the Year honors
from the Illinois Educators' Association. She was honored with the
Realtor of the Year award from her local association as well as
numerous Distinguished Service and Key awards from both her state
and local associations.

Peter L. Mosca, President of Howell-NJ-based
BAK Communications, has been working with, and for, local, state
and national REALTOR associations across the country. His work helps
spread REALTOR-ism to key internal and external audiences. His new

Network online, is helping shape the national discourse on real
