Bruce Aydt is a REALTOR®, attorney and educator from St. Louis, Missouri. He has been involved in the management of real estate brokerages for 30 years, currently as Senior Vice-President and General Counsel of Prudential Alliance, REALTORS®.
Active in all levels of REALTOR® organizations, Bruce has served as President of both the Missouri Association of REALTORS® and the St. Louis Association of REALTORS®. For the National Association of REALTORS®, Bruce has chaired the Professional Standards Committee, Legal Action Committee and State Leadership Forum. He was named REALTOR® of the Year by both his local and state associations. He is a nationally recognized educator on real estate issues and is the regular columnist on ethics issues for REALTOR® Magazine. He has been named Educator of the Year by both the National Association of REALTORS® and the Missouri Association of REALTORS®. He lives in St. Louis, Missouri with his wife, Lisa and has two grown children, Erin and Jamie.

Doug Hinderer, NAR SVP, Human Resources & Association Leadership Development
Doug Hinderer is the senior vice president, human resources at the National Association of REALTORS®. He has 31 years of experience in human resources and has been with the association for the past 20 years. Prior to joining NAR, he held a number of HR positions in the for-profit sector. Doug has a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Illinois State University and has done extensive graduate work in the area of organizational communication. In 1995, he earned his Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from the Society for Human Resources Management. |
