On-site registration for the conference will be conducted on the first floor of the Hilton Capitol Center, in the hall outside the meeting rooms on Thursday from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 - 10:30 am. All events will take place at the Hilton Capitol Center except where otherwise indicated. Conference room designations for events/meetings are listed in parenthesis and are subject to change prior to event date. Events marked with an asterisk (*) are ticketed events that may require an additional fee. See registration form for details.

8:00 am - 3:00 pm — Spokesperson Training Workshop *
John Gormley, VP of Communications for the Texas Association of REALTORS, will conduct this valuable education session on media relations. This is a great opportunity for local and state association leadership officials to brush up on their speaking and interview skills. NOTE: Limited to first 30 registrants. (Capitol Room)

8:00 am - 3:30 pm — Professional Standards Training *
Special ethics training session for members of LR's Grievance, Mediation and Professional Standards Teams, as well as local professional conduct committee members. The session will be taught by Lynn Madison, is approved for 4 hours of CE credit and satisfies the NAR quadrennial requirement for ethics training. There will be a break for lunch, but lunch is not included in price of session. (Riverview B)

11:30 am - 12:30 pm — Kickoff Luncheon with Peter Mosca: State of the REALTOR Image *
Peter Mosca, president of BAK Communications and consultant to the National Association of REALTORS, will deliver a frank evaluation of the REALTOR image and the things that practitioners and associations need to focus on to deliver consistent, positive REALTOR messages. (Riverview A)
