Grant Simon
First Florida Home Loans

Grant Simon is a 25-year real estate licensee and three time recipient of Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association’s (ORRA) Educator of the Year.

As the president of First Florida Home Loans, Grant brings his knowledge and expertise to both teaching and course writing. He has been a staff instructor for the Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR) teaching GRI courses and is the past President of the Central Florida Mortgage Bankers Association. He graduated “with Honors” from the University of Florida and is the President of First Florida Home Loans, a correspondent lender serving the entire state of Florida.

Grant has written for the Orlando Sentinel and hosted talk radio shows. Kudos include the 2002 Retail Originator of the Year award by the Mortgage Bankers Association of Central Florida.

Jim Tucker
Louisiana House of Representatives

Jim Tucker is an investment banker and real estate developer in Terrytown, Louisiana. He is a State Representative and is the current Speaker of the House.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Orleans. He began his career with Howard, Weil, Labouisse, Friedrichs, Inc, eventually becoming Vice President of the Public Finance Department in 1990. He then went on to found Holley, Tucker, Bossier, & Nosacka Financial Advisors in 1993. He is also a managing member of Tucker Properties, a real estate development firm.

Jim has been with the Louisiana House of Representatives since March of 2001 and was elected Speaker of the House in January of 2008.

Gary Golden
Golden Opportunities

Gary has a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration and has written and customized a large variety of seminars to meet the clients needs. He has worked for one of the state's largest Health Care Systems as a Leadership Development Trainer. Gary is also certified to train the following programs: Juran Quality Improvement Process, Quality Planning, Quality Facilitation, Quality Tools, Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership, DiSC Personality Profile System, Select the Best Interviewing Program, Keys to Customer Service Excellence and Professional Aspects of Selling.

In 1999, Gary founded Golden Opportunities, which is a training and development company designed to help corporations excel. Golden Opportunities goes beyond improving the bottom line by delivering top quality performance while giving people the opportunity to develop to a higher level.
