Information for Exhibitors

Targeted exposure to REALTORS for your company!
The Louisiana REALTORS 2012 REALTOR Expo, part of the state association’s Fall Convention, provides an opportunity for participating companies to showcase their real-estate related products and services to REALTORS from throughout the state of Louisiana. This tradeshow event is scheduled for Tuesday, September 18 (2:00 pm-7:00 pm) and Wednesday, September 19 (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) with a special opening reception the evening of the 18th. Basic rate information and the floor plan is provided below.

Booth Information & Rates
Basic exhibitor booth space is available for $599 per booth. Booth space is approximately 8’x10’ and includes the following: 8’ back drape, 3’ side drapes, vendor sign, 6’ table (skirted on three sides), 2 chairs, wastebasket.

Additional services
Wireless Internet access and electrical service can be ordered directly through the Shreveport Convention Center. Please see tradeshow layout for electrical service availability, as it is not available at all booth locations. Wireless Internet is available from $10/day and electrical service is $65 for the first day and $20/day beyond that. Additional booth furnishings, audio/visual equipment and installation services are available through Shreveport Convention Center and are outlined in the Exhibitor Service Kit that booth registrants will receive from the Shreveport Convention Center.
