 The state association’s largest event for commercial REALTORS was in Lafayette August 11, 2010. Louisiana REALTORS conducted its annual Commercial Development Conference at the Louisiana Immersive Technologies Enterprise facility in Lafayette. This event, geared to commercial agents and brokers and approved for 4 hours of CE credit, featured a variety of expert speakers and commercial sector topics.

Following the conference was be a networking luncheon and an offering of LR’s “Commercial Leases” CE course.  REALTORS attending the full day earned 8 hours of CE credit specific to commercial real estate.

*Note: This course is not an alternative to the 2010 mandated 4-hour topic "License Law", which both commercial and residential practitioners are required to take for license renewal.
