2010
State Legislative Outreaches
Louisiana REALTORS State Legislative Outreaches provide a great
opportunity for REALTORS to receive informative updates on key legislation
prior to each year’s Regular Legislative Session and to discuss
pertinent issues with state lawmakers. Nine Outreaches will be conducted
by LR around the state in late winter/early spring 2010.
The CE course, entitled "Survival in the Real Estate World", will discuss REALTOR Legal and Regulatory Challenges with topics such as annotation of offers, 2010 purchase agreement, errors and omissions insurance, modular housing, identity theft, and much more. The course is free of charge and is worth 2 hours of continuing education credit. Click on a date for more information or click here for a registration form.
