Louisiana REALTORS serves as the voice of real estate in the state of Louisiana. Through legislative alerts, calls-to-action and outreaches, the association works to represent REALTOR interests and keep its membership informed and involved in issues critical to the real estate industry in Louisiana.

2010 State Legislative Outreaches

Louisiana REALTORS State Legislative Outreaches provide a great opportunity for REALTORS to receive informative updates on key legislation prior to each year’s Regular Legislative Session and to discuss pertinent issues with state lawmakers. Nine Outreaches will be conducted by LR around the state in late winter/early spring 2010.

The CE course, entitled "Survival in the Real Estate World", will discuss REALTOR Legal and Regulatory Challenges with topics such as annotation of offers, 2010 purchase agreement, errors and omissions insurance, modular housing, identity theft, and much more. Louisiana REALTORS Legislative Issues Superfund
