What is a Federal Political Coordinator?

An FPC's most valuable contribution to the REALTOR Association is the relationship they develop with their Member of Congress. In addition to regular contact with the assigned Member of Congress, there are several specific tasks which are required to fullfill the role:

• Contact with their Member of Congress at least four times a year
• Submit an NAR Field Report for each congressional contact made
• Respond to NAR Calls for Action
• Utilize all RPAC In-State funds which is $1,000 - $2,000 per election cycle
• Assist in the presentation of RPAC special recognition contributions
• Submit comments regarding RPAC special recognition requests
• Maintain information on Federal Political Contact Members
