"Thanks to Louisiana REALTORS for awarding me this GRI Scholarship. What a great way to honor the memory of Sandy Lash who gave so much to LR and to its members. I have taken great advantage of the scholarship to take as many classes as possible. I have over the course of this year improved my negotiation skills, earned the SRS designation, earned the GREEN designation, improved my technology skills, and learned a little about me throughout this whole process too. Not only have these classes improved my skills as an agent for my clients but also as a leader. I don't know if it's coincidental or not, but my sales this year have picked up drastically over last year. Maybe it's not any 'one' thing.
