Education calendar head

Louisiana licensees are required to earn 12 hours of continuing education credit each year. In an effort to provide additional education opportunities, Louisiana REALTORS has partnered with various learning platforms to provide a range of online education choices.

These platforms provide a way to earn continuing education (CE) credits for license renewal as well as designation earning opportunities on your own time and from the convenience of your computer.

Online Continuing Education

Louisiana REALTORS has partnered with two providers to offer online courses for continuing education credit. Each platform offers a variety of 4 to 8 hours of continuing education or entire 12 hour packages. Courses on the platforms have been approved by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission (LREC) for continuting education (CE) credit.

The CE Shop, Inc. was founded with the mission to serve the licensed real estate professionals dedicated to helping agents meet state requirements for real estate continuing education. The CE Shop is committed to student satisfaction. Refund requests made within 30 days of purchase for courses that are less than 50% complete are eligible for a full refund. Once you have completed a course, a certificate of completion will be available in your account with CE Shop online.

 

REALTOR® University

REALTOR® University is proudly brought to you by Louisiana REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS as a member service for online education.  Members can view a full course catalog of offerings and begin earning credit towards designations such as the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABRŪ), NAR's Green Designation, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRESŪ) and many more. All courses, tests and products include a descriptive overview, which may include expected learning outcomes, suggested audience, pricing, duration, CE credit information and language. LR is constantly working with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission in order for courses to qualify for continuing education credits in Louisiana.
