Adorna Carroll
Adorna Carroll has been an instructor for Louisiana’s Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and other designation courses for several years.
Carroll is the Owner/Broker and Vice-President of Realty3 Carroll & Agostini located in Connecticut. She continues to represent Buyers and Sellers on a daily basis and has been an annual Multi-Million Dollar producer since 1989. She is also Owner/Partner of Dynamic Directions - an educational and sales training consulting firm. In addition to being a National speaker, co-creator of SRS designation, and sales trainer; Adorna was honored as Connecticut's Educator of the Year in 1999 and has been named to the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC's) Hall of Fame.

Judy Cook
Judy Cook is an author and instructor of pre-licensing and continuing education courses for Property Managers and Community Managers. She provides workshops and courses in the areas of Landlord/Tenant Law, Management Contracts, Managing the Management Office, Ethical Considerations in the Property Management Industry, Fair Housing, Managing Single-Family Properties, Community Management, Risk Management, Trust Accounting, and a host of other topics focused on the Property Management industry. Judy is actively licensed in Nevada as a Real Estate Broker and Property Management Permit Holder, with over 25 years’ hands-on experience managing both commercial and residential properties.
Judy began teaching classes for the property management industry in the early 1990s, and is well-respected as one of the industry’s leading providers of timely and useful information to her students. Judy served as a charter member of both the Nevada Chapter of the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA®) and the Northern Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). She holds the widely-respected C-CREC® designation, conferred by the International Association of Real Estate Consultants (IAREC®). Her extensive experience in the property management industry, coupled with Judy’s engaging presentation, results in courses and workshops highly valued by her students.

Nobu Hata
An industry veteran since 1996, Nobu Hata (Realtor, ePro) has been a student of Real Estate marketing, communications trends, social media, and technology during his time as a marketing professional, REALTOR, instructor and consultant. He speaks from experience researching, implementing and adapting various new-school techniques to his brick and mortar business; sharing his stories and ideas while demystifying new media, and empowering his peers. When not geeking out, he helps buyers and sellers in Minneapolis, MN where he was nominated for 2010 Minnesota and Minneapolis REALTOR of the Year, is a member of NAR's Communications, Equal Opportunity and Strategic Planning Committees, and is the 2012 Chairperson of NAR's Young Professional Network Subcommittee.

Lynn Madison
Lynn Madison has been involved with Louisiana’s designation education for going on 14 years. Madison was also instrumental in writing Louisiana’s Agency Laws. She is the owner of Lynn Madison Seminars, Inc. in Illinois, a full-service training and development company devoted to the advancement of professionalism in real estate.
She is a certified CE instructor in over 40 other states. In 2004 she was inducted into the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC's) Hall of Fame. Madison has co-authored REBAC’s Short Sales and Foreclosure program which has been presented all across the country. Madison’s XSelleration program also serves as the core requirement in earning the GRI designation in Louisiana.
Her involvement in Women’s Council of REALTORS has given her the opportunity to be in on the ground floor of their dynamic new Performance Management Network (PMN) program and the development and presentation of their Negotiating, Harnessing the Power and other programs. She is a National Association of REALTORS Educator of the Year award winner and has received Educator of the Year honors from the Illinois Educators' Association.

Randy Roussel
Randy Roussel is a partner in the business group in the Baton Rouge office of Phelps Dunbar LLP. His general practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate, banking and commercial transactions. He provides representation for a variety of commercial real estate clients, which includes the construction, acquisition and financing of commercial properties, and commercial shopping center and office building leases. Randy is also an adjunct professor at the LSU Law Center and Southern University Law Center, and frequently lectures on the topic of business and financing law. He has also developed and taught the commercial CE courses for Louisiana REALTORS for the past five years.
Randy is among a select group of lawyers recognized in the category of real estate, listed in a nationwide client survey published in Chambers USA, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.

Pat Strong
Pat Strong is a Senior instructor for the Texas & Tennessee Association of REALTORS and one of the most respected GRI instructors in the state of Texas.
Pat was an active agent listing and selling real estate for over ten years before she moved into management and spent over seven years in the management field. Retiring from management, Pat chose to pursue her passion - teaching, instructing, training and coaching.
Pat is devoted to real estate training for both new and seasoned professionals and instructs MCE courses as well as other designation courses.

Terry Watson
Terry Watson has been an instructor for Louisiana’s designation program courses for over 7 years in topics ranging from negotiating, marketing, technology, to working with buyer clients and environmental issues.
Watson is most famous for his unique delivery and way of imparting knowledge. He has an infectious can-do attitude, and joyous sense of humor which makes his courses memorable and useful in students’ real estate practices. Proof of his effectiveness often lies with the many repeat attendees in his sessions.
No matter what Watson does, he puts all of his energy into it and truly cares about the outcome. He is the youngest person ever to be inducted into the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC's) Hall of Fame. He is as devoted to self-improvement as he is to helping others learn, and his own educational efforts have resulted in him earning the CRS, CRB, CIPS, ABR, ABRM, LTG, GRI, SRES, CFS, DREI, At Home with Diversity - One America, and e-Pro designations.
