These programs help members increase their skills, productivity and knowledge, and establish valuable recognition for practitioners. 		GRI - Graduate, REALTOR Institute This program is designed primarily for members whose main business activity is residential real estate, and helps those members increase their knowledge and skills in a wide range of technical subjects and real estate fundamentals. The GRI designation is the foundation coursework for other designations, licenses and certifications. Candidates must complete twelve (12) 8-hour courses on business development, sales & marketing, customer & client services, fair housing, brokerage relationships, contracts, environment, communications technology, real estate business technology, NAR Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice/arbitration & mediation. 		ABRM - Accredited Buyer Representative Manager Also administered by REBAC, the ABRM designation is geared to real estate firm brokers, owners and managers that have or wish to incorporate buyer representation into their daily practice.
