Sustainable Development and the Commercial Transaction

Attention commercial practitioners!

Instructors Randy Roussel and Erik Piazza cover the major factors to be addressed by commercial practitioners when working with sustainable development projects. The course includes understanding of zoning types and restrictions; special lease and purchase agreement provisions; greenspace requirements; parking, drainage and access issues; and other considerations related to commercial representation, sales and leasing in smart growth projects. Approved for 4 hours of CE credit.

Note: The “Sustainable Development and the Commercial Transaction” CE course is not an alternative to the 2011 mandated 4-hour topic "Broker and Agent Responsibility", which both commercial and residential practitioners are required to take for license renewal.
