This course will leave students with a deeper understanding of how current market statistics affect their business and how the Federal Reserve and Federal Housing Finance Agency are actively involved. Know Your Numbers and Win Sales also teaches ways to explain to customers the difference between a Primary and Secondary market and gain a better understanding of interest rates and the economy. Grant Simon, will teach you how to utilize local market statistics and learn finance techniques to grow your market share.
