Instructor: Lynn Madison The newly revised ABR program is the way to merge effective buyer representation with compliance with all the rules and regulations of today’s agents. This course covers proper techniques and practices of buyer representation that will enhance your bottom line, review agency relationships, negotiation strategies, explain the advantages of buyer representation from the buyers, sellers, listing, and selling broker’s perspectives and identify sources of buyer clients. The new revised ABR looks at the entire process in a “transaction mode”. You will come away from this course with more confidence, tools and techniques to assist you in helping your buyers through the entire buying process. In order to receive your ABR Designation you will also need to complete a 1 day REBAC elective course. 2 days, 2 GRI Credits, credit toward the ABR designation, 8 hours CE Fee schedule: $395 Member, $420 Non-Member, $420 on-site
