Seller Representative Specialist - is the premiere seller agency designation, conferred by the SRS Council, recognizing real estate professionals who have completed special education in seller representation. Agents will learn the necessary skills to utilize a wide variety of manual and electronic marketing methods to uniquely promote properties to the widest range prospective purchasers, increase understanding of negotiation skills which are critical to a successful transaction and position clients to receive the best possible outcome during negotiations of the sale. Adorna gives hands on situational examples on the importance of staging property for best results, along with accurate pricing, and how to handle objections. Becoming an SRS designee gives agents the creative edge necessary to yield the best results possible for your seller clients. 2 GRI credits, 8 hours CE $330 member, regular $360 member, onsite $125 - Audit Course Fee (must be SRS designee)
