We have provided an Online PDF application that you can fill out online. You may email this form to Shelly Bateman at shelly@larealtors.org. If you have Outlook or Mail (Mac) as your email program, you may click the Submit button at the top of the completed form and it will automatically be emailed. Note: If you use an email server such as AOL, Suddenlink, Cox, Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, or any other online email application (including business website email addresses), you will need to complete and save the form to your computer and then send it as an email attachment.
