Malcolm has been the Chief Executive Officer of Louisiana REALTORS® for over 24 years. On a daily basis, activities for Malcolm includes collaborating with the National Association of REALTORS® and local associations in leading the REALTORS® organization in the areas of strategic and business planning and relevancy for the organization to the REALTORS® members. He works daily with the local associations, brokerage operations and many state regulatory agencies impacting real estate. He also serves as chief liaison to members of Congress, and was recently appointed to the board of the Louisiana Housing Corporation.
Malcolm has the esteemed honor of being awarded the National Association of REALTORS® William R. Magel Award of Excellence in 2006. This award culminated years of volunteer contributions to the National Association of REALTORS® including the first chair and developing chairman of the REALTORS® Certified Executive (RCE), Chair of the National Association of REALTORS® Executive Officers Committee and chairmanship of numerous workgroups and committees for NAR over the past 30 years. |

Norman presently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Lobbyist for Louisiana REALTORS®. In this capacity, Norman coordinates and staffs the Legislative Divisions of Louisiana REALTORS®. Norman is also responsible for the overall operation and management of the Louisiana REALTORS® Political Action Committee and Friends of Louisiana Real Estate PAC. Furthermore, Norman conducts fundraising campaigns and amasses political support for candidates and non-profit organizations such as the Republican Party of Louisiana and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. |

Kevin’s primary responsibilities include communications/marketing management and the development of products and services for LR members. He manages association public relations efforts, statistical research, affinity partnerships, sponsorships, websites, social media, and commercial real estate initiatives. He also serves as editor of Louisiana REALTORS® quarterly Real Estate Trends report and is staff liaison to the Marketing & Member Services and Commercial Teams. Prior to joining Louisiana REALTORS® in 2001, Kevin was the Vice President of Communications with the Baton Rouge Area Chamber, where he served in a similar capacity.

Kyra is the Vice President of Finance and acts as Louisiana REALTORS® CFO. Part of her duties include communicating with the financial team and executive committee, maintaining and consulting LR members on financial policy, negotiating with vendors on LR's behalf, and maintaining the PAC's (political action committee) collections and contributions. Kyra serves as a liaison to the LR boards and leads in maintaining uniform policy standard. Other duties preformed include: maintaining accounts payable, personnel records, and all company computer software and hardware.

Scott Johnson has served as the Louisiana REALTORS General Counsel since January 2008. Scott oversees the state's Professional Standards program, and is a qualified educator for Code of Ethics classes. His other education duties include offering training for REALTORS on the Grievance Team and/or the Professional Standards Panel. Scott also provides REALTORS with Risk Management consultation, a legal hotline, written articles, and continuing education classes. Notably, Scott is a certified mediator, having completed mediator training at Harvard Law School. Apart from his direct work with REALTORS, Scott also assists with Louisiana REALTORS® Legislative actions.

Shelly Bateman has been the Louisiana REALTORS® Information Specialist for 4 years. Specifically, she acts as a direct assistant to the CEO and the General Counsel. Her day to day activities include coordinating volunteer and leadership teams, providing administrative support to staff directors, and serving as a liaison to Officers, Regional Vice Presidents, the Executive Committee, the Board of Directors, and the Past Presidents team. She also serves as the Recording Secretary for Executive Committee and Board of Directors meetings. Shelly is a certified Professional Standards Administrator and strives to provide quality service to both members and consumers. |

Donna works with Louisiana REALTORS® financial team and some of her many jobs include: Maintaining accurate membership records for LR.; Preparing banking deposits; Posting Membership dues; Compiling membership reports; transferring membership data to the National Association of REALTORS®; Maintaining filing system for company records; Preparing annual dues billing statements; and Developing communications with association executives and local board membership staff. Donna also manages staff office supplies and office supply orders, performs maintenance on company fax, copy, and shredding machines, and handles outgoing and incoming mail for office members. Also, Donna prepares and reports monthly Ethics Reports on member’s LARPAC contributions. |

Joe graduated from LSU in 2010 with an English degree focused on technical writing.
