2013 President Email: David McKey David McKey is the broker/owner of Coldwell Banker One in Baton Rouge, LA and the 2013 Louisiana REALTORS® President. David has been licensed for 18 years and has served as a state REALTOR® association director since 2003. He has also served as President-Elect, Secretary-Treasurer, as Regional Vice President, and is a graduate of the LR Leadership program. State teams he has served on include: Strategic Planning, Marketing & Member Services, Risk Management, LR Leadership, State Legislative (chair), Professional Standards, Finance, LARPAC, Commercial, and Executive Committee. David was named Louisiana REALTORS® “REALTOR® of the Year” in 2012. At the national level, David presently serves on the NAR Land Use, Property Rights and Environment Committee. He has also been very active at the local level, serving as the Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS® President in 2007. He was named the association's "REALTOR® of the Year" in 2008, and has served on the following GBRAR committees: Government Relations, Professional Standards, Awards, Budget and Finance, MLS, Executive Committee and various task forces. Additionally, David serves on the Board of the LSU School of Social Work, and served on the Bluebonnet Corridor Study Committee - to establish the first Urban Overlay District in East Baton Rouge Parish - in 2002. |

2013 President-Elect
Email: Matt Ritchie Matt Ritchie is the broker/owner of Ritchie Real Estate in Alexandria, LA and the 2013 Louisiana REALTORS® President-Elect. Matt has been licensed for 13 years and has served as a state REALTOR® association director since 2008. A graduate of the National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy and the LR Leadership program, he served as a 2011 state Regional Vice President and on the following state teams: Commercial (chair), Professional Development, Professional Standards, Strategic Planning (chair) and Executive Committee. He was also the chair of the 2010 Louisiana REALTORS® Young Professionals Network (YPN). Matt is the current President of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter and serves on the board of the new Louisiana Housing Corporation. At the national level, he is the current Vice Chair of the National Association of REALTORS Commercial Leadership Forum, and he has served on NAR's Subcommittee for Commercial Regulatory & Legislative Issues and the Cultural Diversity committee. On the local level, he served as President of the Central Louisiana Board of REALTORS® in 2008, Chair of the board's Commercial Committee from 2007-2011, and was the Central Louisiana "REALTOR® of the Year" for 2009.

Email: Beth Cristina Beth Cristina is a commercial REALTOR® with Stirling Properties, Inc in New Orleans, LA and the 2013 Louisiana REALTORS® Secretary-Treasurer. Beth has been licensed for 35 years with experience in commercial sales, leasing, development and investments. She has served as a state REALTOR® association director since 2000, as Regional Vice President, and is a graduate of the LR Leadership Program. State teams she has served on include: Commercial Alliance, Federal and State Legislative, Marketing & Member Services, Grievance, Strategic Planning, LR Leadership, Finance, and Executive Committee. Beth was named Louisiana REALTORS® “REALTOR of the Year” in 2011. On the national level, Beth served as a National Association of REALTORS® Director in 2005 and on the Commercial Alliance Committee in 2006. Beth began her involvement with the association through the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® as a Director and became NOMAR CID President in 2000 then NOMAR President in 2005, which was the year of Hurricane Katrina. Beth then served as NOMAR CID President again in 2008. Beth was named NOMAR “REALTOR® of the Year” in 2009.
