Rick Roberts is the broker/owner of Avalar Realty in Mandeville, LA and the 2012 Louisiana REALTORS® president. Rick has been licensed for 25 years and has served in a variety of REALTOR® leadership positions at the state and local level.

A graduate of the LR Leadership program, he has served as state President-Elect, Secretary-Treasurer, Regional Vice President, and as a state director from 2001-2006 and 2008-present. State teams he has served on include: Professional Standards, Commercial, Risk Management (chair), LR Leadership, Marketing & Member Services (chair), Strategic Planning, Grievance, State Legislative, Finance, Executive Committee, and Young Professionals Network.

At the local level, Rick served on the Board of Directors for the Northshore Area Board of REALTORS® from 2001-2005, was the association's "REALTOR® of the Year" in 2005, chaired the NABOR Political Action Committee in 2003, and is a Life Member of the NABOR Million Dollar Club.

David McKey is the broker/owner of Coldwell Banker One in Baton Rouge, LA and the 2012 Louisiana REALTORS® President-Elect. David has been licensed for 18 years and has served as a state REALTOR® association director since 2003. He has also served as Secretary-Treasurer, as Regional Vice President, and is a graduate of the LR Leadership program. State teams he has served on include: Strategic Planning, Marketing & Member Services, Risk Management, LR Leadership, State Legislative (chair), Professional Standards, Finance, LARPAC, Commercial, and Executive Committee.

At the national level, David presently serves on the NAR Land Use, Property Rights and Environment Committee. He has also been very active at the local level, serving as the Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS President in 2007. He was named the association's "REALTOR® of the Year" in 2008, and has served on the following GBRAR committees: Government Relations, Professional Standards, Awards, Budget and Finance, MLS, Executive Committee and various task forces. Additionally, David serves on the Board of the LSU School of Social Work, and served on the Bluebonnet Corridor Study Committee - to establish the first Urban Overlay District in East Baton Rouge Parish - in 2002.

Matt Ritchie is the broker/owner of Ritchie Real Estate in Alexandria, LA and the 2012 Louisiana REALTORS® Secretary Treasurer. Matt has been licensed for 13 years and has served as a state REALTOR® association director since 2008. A graduate of the National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy and the LR Leadership program, he served as a 2011 state Regional Vice President and on the following state teams: Commercial (chair), Professional Development, Professional Standards, Strategic Planning (chair) and Executive Committee. He was also the chair of the 2010 Louisiana REALTORS® Young Professionals Network (YPN).

Matt is the current President of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter and serves on the board of the new Louisiana Housing Corporation. At the national level, he is the current Vice Chair of the National Association of REALTORS Commercial Leadership Forum, and he has served on NAR's Subcommittee for Commercial Regulatory & Legislative Issues and the Cultural Diversity committee.

On the local level, he served as President of the Central Louisiana Board of REALTORS® in 2008, Chair of the board's Commercial Committee from 2007-2011, and was the Central Louisiana "REALTOR® of the Year" for 2009.
